These industrial-grade modules integrate 4× ARM Cortex-A53 processors (1.333GHz), 2× ARM Cortex-R5 (533MHz), and Mali-400MP2 GPU. Each module includes 4GB DDR4 on the PS side, 2GB DDR4 on the PL side, 8GB eMMC, and dual 256Mb QSPI Flash for storage and fast boot. With 3×168-pin connectors, 4 GTR lanes, and 24 GTH transceivers, they offer broad IO scalability. Operating from -40°C to +85°C in a compact 85×75mm footprint, they are ideal for AI acceleration, edge computing, SDR, and custom embedded systems. Startup modes include JTAG, QSPI, SD, and eMMC with onboard oscillators and user LEDs for development convenience.
