Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and SF Express. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on destination and product weight to provide the best balance of speed and cost.
Shipping Destinations
We only ship to the countries and regions listed in the table below. If your country or region is not listed, please contact our customer service at lixu@ai-paipai.com before placing an order; we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are charged by parcel weight and destination zone. Our complete rate table (0–100 kg across 8 destination zones) is published on the Shipping & Delivery page, and the exact shipping fee for your destination is always shown at checkout before you pay.
For shipments above 100 kg total weight, please contact our customer service at lixu@ai-paipai.com for an individual freight quotation.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during Chinese public holidays such as Chinese New Year and National Day. Pre-order items or customized products may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
- Europe, Asia, and Oceania: approximately 3–7 business days
- North America: approximately 5–10 business days
- South America: approximately 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspection, force majeure, or carrier handling are beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
We do not collect customs duties or import taxes at the time of purchase. All customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the buyer (DAP – Delivered At Place). Please check your local customs regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Address Changes
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website.
