Rates apply per parcel. For multi-item orders the total parcel weight determines the bracket. Zone E1 (Canada / UK) and Zone E2 (Middle East / Eastern Europe and other regions) use different rates. "Rest of World" covers South America, Africa and other regions not listed above. Parcels above 100 kg total weight are quoted individually — contact us for a freight quotation.
Delivery Time (estimates)
- Order processing: 3–7 business days after payment confirmation (bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to clear); processing may be longer during Chinese public holidays such as Chinese New Year and National Day.
- Asia & Oceania: 3–7 business days in transit.
- Europe: 3–7 business days in transit.
- North America: 5–10 business days in transit.
- South America: 5–10 business days in transit.
Tracking & Customs
- A tracking number is uploaded to your order as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
- Import duties, VAT or GST are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier or customs authority in your country.
