Every product we sell is sourced directly from the manufacturer through our authorized distribution agreements — with traceable serial numbers.

• Warranty: 12 months manufacturer warranty on all boards and systems, covering manufacturing defects.
• DOA (Dead on Arrival): reported within 7 days of delivery — we replace or refund after basic troubleshooting.
• Returns: unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; a restocking fee may apply to opened items.
• Not covered: physical damage, electrostatic damage, incorrect power input, unauthorized modification or firmware flashing outside documented procedures.
