Do Ai-Paipai products carry CE, FCC or RoHS certification?
Certification is model-specific, not store-wide. Where the manufacturer declares CE, FCC or RoHS for a model, we state it on that product page and can provide the manufacturer's documentation for enterprise procurement. What is the warranty and return policy?
Ai-Paipai provides a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on new hardware. Dead-on-arrival and defective units are eligible for replacement or repair; buyers should report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos or diagnostic logs. Customized and OEM-built products are generally non-returnable except for verified defects.
Are customs duties and import taxes included in the price?
No. Prices listed on the Ai-Paipai store exclude customs duties, import VAT/GST and brokerage fees. These are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Commercial invoices are provided with every shipment for customs clearance.

How long is a quotation from Ai-Paipai valid?
Every written quotation and proforma invoice (PI) issued by Ai-Paipai is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless a different period is stated in writing on the document itself. Those 14 days cover the unit prices, the freight estimate and the lead time quoted. Once the period has expired we re-confirm pricing, freight availability and lead time in writing before accepting your order — this protects both sides from component price movements and air-freight rate changes.
